We encourage you to leave bedding and pet treats from home with us, as this will make help your dog to settle and feel more at home.
Most of our customers prefer to bring their own food from home, as this means more continuity for their dog and helps them to settle in more easily. If you would prefer, we can supply food for your dog, however this will be at an additional cost.
Payment can be made by cash, credit / debit card, or by cheque.

SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS WE ARE CLOSED. Pick up sometimes available by prior arrangement only, between 4pm and 6pm.
Fees are charged per day and include the days of delivery and collection. Fees must be paid when you leave your dog. Any veterinary costs incurred during your dogs stay must be paid before the dog may leave.
At the time of booking, a 40% non-refundable deposit will be required in order to secure your booking with us. This deposit will be shown on the booking form you receive. Deposits are not refundable if the booking is cancelled.
Dogs must be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper, and Leptospirosis. We also ask that you have your dog vaccinated against Kennel Cough.
You must bring vaccination certificates for the above when you bring your dog and we keep these till the departure date. Failure to do so means that you cannot leave your dog with us.
If your dog looks ill when you bring it to us, we may not accept it unless it has been checked by our vet. The cost for this will be charged to the owner.
We make a huge effort to ensure you dogs stay with us happy and healthy, with a high ratio of staff to dogs. However animals can go sick and this must be understood by all owners. Dogs are boarded with us entirely at the owners risk.
Abandoment
If the dog is not collected within 14 days of the agreed date, and you make no contact with us in the mean time, the animal will be sent to a suitable agency for re-homing.
